Abstract

Diplomová práce objasňuje metodu benchmarkingu a její použití v podniku. V praktické části jsou porovnány železniční společnosti, poskytující osobní přepravu, z hlediska finanční a zákaznické perspektivy. Dva benchmarkingové testy jsou založeny na finančním srovnání poměrových ukazatelů belgické a české společnosti a na srovnání zákaznické perspektivy formou dotazníků. This thesis explains the benchmarking method and its application in the enterprise. In the practical part were compared railway companies, providing passenger transportation, in terms of financial and customer perspective.
