Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis Comparison of the offer of banking services with the real requirements of the clients is to find differences between the expectations of the client about banks and banking services and the real perceived quality that clients receive. The partial goal is to analyze the offer of banking services and to determine with which selected banking institutions clients are most satisfied with. The output are two proposals that banks could apply to make their clients more satisfied and one general recommendation.
