Postavení online srovnávačů pojištění na českém pojistném trhu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na online srovnávače pojištění na českém pojistném trhu. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného postavení online srovnávačů na českém pojistném trhu, vyhodnocení jejich kladů a záporů a návrhy pro jejich další rozvoj.

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis pojistných produktů, zejména těch, které jsou přístupné k online sjednání dále na distribuci pojištění, právní aspekty, distribuční kanály a zprostředkovatele pojištění.

V praktické části je proveden průzkum online srovnávačů pojištění na českém pojistném trhu, jejich analýza a hodnocení. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny postoje spotřebitelů vůči online srovnávačům pojištění.

Na závěr jsou uvedeny možnosti rozvoje online srovnávačů v budoucnosti na základě jejich výhod a nevýhod a vlivu digitalizace na distribuci pojištění.

This diploma thesis is focused on insurance comparison websites on the Czech insurance market. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current position of insurance comparison websites on the Czech insurance market, evaluation of their pros and cons and suggestions for further development.

The theoretical part describes insurance products, especially those that are accessible for online conclusion, further on the distribution of insurance, legal aspects, distribution channels and insurance brokers.

In the practical part, there is a research of insurance comparison websites on the Czech insurance market provided as well as their analysis and evaluation. Subsequently, consumers´ attitude towards online insurance comparison websites are evaluated.

At the end, the possibilities for the development of online comparators are presented based on their advantages and disadvantages and the influence of digitization on the distribution of insurance.
