Abstract
The Bachelor Thesis deals with the essence of the cutting edge of cutting tools from sintered carbides. The introduction describes technologies for these modifications and methods of measurement. Furthermore, attention is paid to the overall influence of cutting tools microgeometry on the machining process. In the experimental part, the parameters from the point of view of microgeometry on the main blade, on the cutting edge in the area of the radius of the tip and on the surfaces of the clearance surface and rake surface are measured by optical microscope tools. In the last part of the experiment, the touch device is measured.
