Abstract

This thesis deals with a project and construction of equipment for Pressing (assembly) bouden wire. In the introduction of the thesis is search for a topic and the information on the subject. In the next chapter, I solve the preparations, which are held in position components for assembly (TBD O / S handle Base and support bracket O / S handle) and the device itself for installation in wire bouden TBD O / S handle Base, which is a component, machine, which is part of the whole which serves to open the door of the car. This installation should be performed by mounting device that causes pressure on these parts. When looking for the best type of account of technical and functional side of things, not least easy handling and ergonomic equipment. After considering all the advantages, disadvantages and functionality of the device I chose option of using a pneumatic cylinder of Festo. The thesis includes project of the whole pneumatic circuit with functional diagram and list of pneumatic components from Festo catalog. Followed design and strength calculations, but also MKP analysis, which is part of the thesis. The whole work is accompanied by the drawing documentation.
