Abstract

Goal of this bachelor work is analyze the proces of employee recruitment and selection in selected organization. Specifically Kofola a. s. Using a questionnaire is detected current state of employee recruitment and selection in selected organization. For found absences are sugessted the suggestions and recommendations for improvement this proces. This bachelor work is devided into three parts teoretical, analytical and suggestional. In teoretical part are described through professional literature basic informations of employee recruitment and selection. In analytical part is analyzed actual state through the questionnaire. In suggestional part are suggest recommendations for improvement this proces in future.
