Abstract
This work describes the various types securing the copyright of proprietary software creators. It is also dedicated to the legislation aimed at copyright law. It means used the license types and methods of software as well as its legal aspects. The main part of the thesis focuses on the practical demonstration of forming the protective software products in C#. Gradually different types of the types of protections will be presented and appropriately considered . Each of the protections uses advanced cryptographic solutions such as block ciphers DES or hash functions SHA1 and MD5. For each part of a particular type of protection, weaknesses but also protection techniques to achieve higher security will be presented. For better illustration, the protections are implemented into sample application.
