Návrh a realizace zabezpečení proprietárního softwaru

Abstract

Práca popisuje rôzne formy zabezpečenia autorských práv tvorcov proprietárneho softwaru. Venuje sa i legislatíve orientovanej na autorský zákon. To znamená, používané druhy licencii a spôsoby poskytovania softwaru ako aj právna stránka veci. Hlavná časť práce sa zameriava na praktickú ukážku tvorby ochrán softwarových produktov v jazyku C#. Postupne budú predstavené a rozanalyzované rôzne druhy používaných typov ochrán. Každá z ochrán využíva pokročilé kryptografické riešenia ako napríklad blokovú šifru DES alebo hash funkcie SHA1 a MD5. Pri každej stati určitého typu ochrany budú predstavené slabé miesta ochrany ale aj techniky na dosiahnutie vyššej bezpečnosti. Pre lepšiu ilustráciu sú ochrany implementované do jednoduchej aplikácie.

This work describes the various types securing the copyright of proprietary software creators. It is also dedicated to the legislation aimed at copyright law. It means used the license types and methods of software as well as its legal aspects. The main part of the thesis focuses on the practical demonstration of forming the protective software products in C#. Gradually different types of the types of protections will be presented and appropriately considered . Each of the protections uses advanced cryptographic solutions such as block ciphers DES or hash functions SHA1 and MD5. For each part of a particular type of protection, weaknesses but also protection techniques to achieve higher security will be presented. For better illustration, the protections are implemented into sample application.
