Pneumatický lis s možností nastavení síly

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhy konstrukce lisu a jeho pneumatického ovládání. Jsou zde uvedeny základní pevnostní výpočty zvolené varianty řešení. Další části jsou věnovány návrhům pneumatického obvodu. Jsou zpracovány dvě varianty řešení, včetně pneumatického schéma a specifikace použitých prvků. Následují výpočty tlaků pro nastavení lisu a kontrolu přesnosti lisování. V závěru práce uvádím technický popis zařízení, pokyny pro provoz a údržbu zařízení a bezpečnou práci s lisy.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on proposals of the press construction and its pneumatic control. There are described basic strength sums of the chosen variation of the solution. Other parts of the thesis are aimed at the proposals of a pneumatic circuit. There are displayed two variations, including a pneumatic schema and specifications of used elements. The sums of pressures for the setting press and for control pressing precise. In conclusion I present the technical description of the installation, directions of use and maintenance and health and safety work with press.
