Racionalizace výroby klecí valivých ložisek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací obrábění mosazných klecí valivých ložisek, s využitím CNC obráběcího centra. V úvodu práce jsou popsány neželezné kovy a jejich slitiny, jejich obrábění, vlastnosti a obrobitelnost. Dále je v práci popsán rozbor stávající a nové technologie obrábění mosazných klecí. U stávající a nové technologie jsou popsány stroje, nástroje a použitá měřidla. V diskuzi o experimentu jsou srovnány náklady a časy výše zmiňovaných technologií. Jsou zde také porovnávány různé typy fréz. Závěr práce patří technicko ekonomickému zhodnocení a porovnání výsledků.

This thesis deals with rationalization of machining brass cage bearings, using CNC machines. The introduction describes the non-ferrous metals and their alloys, their machining, properties and machinability. The thesis described an analysis existing and new technology machining brass cages. For existing and new technologies are described machines, tools and guages. The discussion of the experiment compares the costs and times for the above-mentioned technologies. There is also compared different types of cutters. Conclusion the work includes technical and economic evaluation and comparison of results.
