This bachelor thesis deals with issues of value stream mapping. The main task of this project is to map the current state of production. Several suggestions for increasing the production capacity are presented. Connecting of the workplaces is one of them. An appropriate investment for increasing the production of the assembly line is required for this plan. Furthermore, there are some workplace losses solved with Kaizen method which also lead to increasing the production capacity of the assembly line. There are suggestions leading to the increase of production capacity evaluated at the end of this project.
