Abstract

This Bachelor thesis titled Quality in a Manufacturing Company by a Customer ' s point of view is about customer satisfaction with the quality of creamy yogurt in a company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o. Objective is to find possibilities how to improve the quality of cream yogurt. There are explained terms in theoretical way like quality, customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction rate. In next part is described a basic characteristic of the company, products, suppliers and customers. The practical part evaluates the results of the questionnaires, summary of them and improvement proposals.
