Abstract
Readers of this thesis will get familliar with one of the key forms of travel industry – The Spa. The first half is focused on theory however marketing is also mentioned. The practical part is about real spa facilities, for instance – The Spa at Lednice. As well as general information, this part consists of a questioner and SWOT analysis. At the end is a set of recommendations which, if realised, would improve services therefore contented customers.
