Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to find out contentment or dissatisfaction of the employees with the selected stimulative tools, which the management of the company considers as problematic. This survey has been carried out by means of quantitative enquiry on the basis of questionnaire and further by means of semi-structured interviews. The subject to the survey was communication, feedback from the employees, interpersonal relationship on the workplace, the system of remuneration and the remuneration itself.The next goal was to detect the cause of dissatisfaction of the staff with these incentives and to recommend particular measures. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part there are described theoretical approaches to motivation, work satisfaction, communication, interpersonal relationship, problems of remuneration and metodology of research. The second part includes the characteristics of the company, analysis of acquired data and concluding recommendation.
