Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of synchronized double drive for vibrating sorter, which consists of two vibration exciters mutually connected by a toothed belt transmission. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the classification of mechanical screening and the types of vibrating sorter drives. Subsequently, individual design variants of the selected structural nodes are introduced. This is followed by the calculation part with the design of the vibration exciter. The final includes design and control strength calculations of selected structural nodes. Drawing documentation is an integral part the of the thesis.
