Návrh hydraulického pohonu dopravníku třídícího stroje

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic circuit of the conveyor drive of the sorting machine. The theoretical part describes the basic types of sorting, the arrangement and types of sorting screens and the classification of sorting machines in terms of mobility. In the next part, the main parts of the selected sorting machine are described. In the design part of the thesis, the composition of the hydraulic circuit of the main conveyor drive of the sorting machine is described. In the computational part, a suitable hydraulic motor for the drive of the conveyor drum is calculated and then selected, and the other elements of the circuit are also calculated and selected. The work includes verification of the calculated values of the hydraulic motor by measurement on the completed sorting machine. In the last part of the thesis the location of the hydraulic motor, hoses and interconnecting elements is described.
