The purpose of this Dissertation is to design the buildings for modern living of seniors in Tabor City, on the brownfield remained after the former barracks of Jan Zizka. (cadastral district Tabor, plots No. 1457/1, 1457/9, 1457/16, 1457/17), and simultaneously to settle the area for relaxing. For the above stated purpose the analysis of the area's current stage based on collection of contemporary knowledge and future needs was made. The buildings of housing for seniors are designed in the two variants of solution under the principles of barrier-free use of external and internal spaces by persons with limited mobility. The Dissertation further develops the selected variant No. 1 according to the requirements of the Decree No. 499/2006 Sb. (The Construction Documents for Zoning Permit), in addition including the design of some selected details of barrier-free rooms.
An integral part of the Dissertation is the brief economic summary and the basic technical drawings.
