Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh moderního bydlení pro seniory v Táboře v areálu bývalých Kasáren Jana Žižky (k.ú. Tábor, parc.č. 1457/1, 1457/9, 1457/16, 1457/17) se souběžným řešením oddychové zóny. Za tímto účelem byl proveden rozbor lokality na základě shromážděných poznatků o současném stavu území a jeho budoucích potřebách. Objekt seniorského bydlení je navržen v souladu se zásadami bezbariérového užívání vnějších a vnitřních prostor osobami s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace ve variantním řešení. Diplomová práce je podrobně vypracována pro vybranou variantu 1 v rozsahu přiměřeném požadavkům vyhlášky č.499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb, k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby, navíc s řešením vybraných detailů bezbariérových prostor.

Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je stručné ekonomické shrnutí a technická výkresová část dokumentace.

VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering Department of Urban Engineering The purpose of this Dissertation is to design the buildings for modern living of seniors in Tabor City, on the brownfield remained after the former barracks of Jan Zizka. (cadastral district Tabor, plots No. 1457/1, 1457/9, 1457/16, 1457/17), and simultaneously to settle the area for relaxing. For the above stated purpose the analysis of the area's current stage based on collection of contemporary knowledge and future needs was made. The buildings of housing for seniors are designed in the two variants of solution under the principles of barrier-free use of external and internal spaces by persons with limited mobility. The Dissertation further develops the selected variant No. 1 according to the requirements of the Decree No. 499/2006 Sb. (The Construction Documents for Zoning Permit), in addition including the design of some selected details of barrier-free rooms.

An integral part of the Dissertation is the brief economic summary and the basic technical drawings.
