Abstract

The essence of this Bachelor Thesis is the review and aproximation of situation in area of lean production in company VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s. in the workplace of Line of membrane panels. In the first part there are described the individual terms of the issue, which are followed by methods and improving approaches for solving the deficiencies. Followed by application of knowledge on specific situation in practice. The Bachelor Thesis is complemented by necessary calculations. Based on the analysis evaluation of the current state, there are proposed the specific actions leading to solve the discovered problems.
