Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a new workplace assembling and point welding of Abroll container type. The introductory part describes the technology of a production of Abroll container, including a description of the overall situation and the existing solutions. In the next section, I propose several variants of technological layout of the workplace, including their strengths and weaknesses. Individual variants of workplaces are different in the way of manipulation of the load. In the first type of workplace the load is carried out by manipulation with a rotary crane, in the second by the bridge crane and in the third one by the gantry crane. In conclusion, I make an economic analysis and an overall assessment of each solution.
