Abstract
The theme of this bachelor's theses is customer satisfaction measurement with services of the guest/house. The goal of this theses was to identify and analyze the level of costumer's Satisfaction with the services of the guest-house and to recommend how they could improve their services in order to keep current costumers and get some new ones. Analyzed data was collected by personal questioning.
