Robotické obrábění a měření

Abstract

The master thesis deals with testing the technological capabilities of a modern robotic arm in the process of machining and their comparison with machining centers. The thesis describes the individual kinematics of robots and their advantages and disadvantages when they are used for tested processes. The work also deals with coordinate systems and ways to program the robot. At the end of the theoretical part, are described the possibilities of using the robot in industry, where more attention is paid to research methods. The experimental part was performed on a specifically designed test plate made from aluminum alloy EN AW-7075 using several machines, together with a new robot from Kuka. The essay contains a description of individual machines and equipment used for both production and measurement of the test product. The end of thesis deals with a list of individual documented production steps. Thesis results are measured and technological data, which were used to compare robotic machining with CNC machines.
