Měření akustických a optických projevů laserové ablace

Abstract

This paper deals with the design and implementation of measuring device for acquisition of acoustic and optical signals during laser cleaning, along with an electronic data acquisition system. The theoretical part describes mechanisms of laser cleaning, parameters influencing its quality and methods for monitoring surface cleanliness. The practical part covers the design of hardware components of the measurement chain, microcontroller firmware and data acquisition application developed in MATLAB App Designer. Experimental measurements were carried out on Narran ROD 300 Air laser cleaning device along with an analysis of acquired data. Results indicate that the intensity of acoustic signal consistently decreases as cleaning progresses, whereas optical method did not provide consistent results across measured samples.
