Abstract
The thesis is an analysis of the functional use of the site "U Poličské trati" design and development opportunities of the site for housing. Forms part is processed in two variants in the range of land-use study. Agreed latter is elaborated in detail the architectural and urban studies, including the solution of the transport links and technical areas as well as preliminary calculation of investment costs.
