Návrhová část je zpracována ve dvou variantách v rozsahu územní studie. Odsouhlasená druhá varianta je rozpracována v detailu architektonicko-urbanistické studie, včetně řešení dopravního a technického napojení lokality i orientačního propočtu investičních nákladů. | cs |
