Využití laseru při výrobě postupových lisovacích nástrojů

Abstract

This dissertation is devoted to the production of the preliminary compression device tool where is used the Laser cutting technology. The work is made in the manufacturing and working conditions of the firm Klein and Blažek – limited liability company in the works in Štíty. The preliminary compression device is used in series production based on the preliminary compression device Kaiser 4000. It is used for pressing and moulding of segments for the firm Fuji Koyo. In my work is described present techonological process of the preliminary compression device and after that there is described the new proposed means or method. In the final part of my work are mentioned, evaluated and compared cost out connected with the production of the tool by using the former or the latest method of the manufacturing.
