Vliv geometrie tvářecího nástroje na mechanické vlastnosti v procesu vícenásobné plastické deformace

Abstract

The introductory of theoretical part diploma work deals with the research of new trends in the processes of severe plastic deformation. New construction modifications and tools of forming device were presented. In the practical part of work is provided the analyse nfluence of technological parameters on the efficiency SPD process for Ck 55 steel. The mechanical properties in the Ck 55 steel (strip sheet) were evaluated in individual passes. The suitability this steel to increase the quality by the DRECE method were demonstrated. Conclusion of the achieved results were followed up in the last part of diploma work.
