Kompenzace průtokových pulzací v hydraulickém systému

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of a pulsation damper using the effect of volume and mechanical spring on the damping of flow and pressure pulsations. The theoretical part describes the methods of pulsation generation, its detection and subsequent damping. In the design part, a description of the experimental circuit is given. In the following sections, the design of the dampers using volume and mechanical spring for damping, the description of the measurement methodology for determining the damping efficiency of the dampers of pulsations and the subsequent evaluation of the measurements are described. Also included is the development of a mathematical model of the dampers along with a comparison of simulation and measurement results. In the last section, the concept of designing a pulsation damper using multiple types of damping simultaneously is presented.
