Abstract

This thesis deal with project and engineering design of transporter of molten steel ladle between electric arc furnace and pot furnace. In the first part of this thesis the technical report with description of function as well as corresponding calculations were created. Design of Transporter is de-scribed in the following part. Third part of this thesis deals with stress analysis of important design interfaces and with service life of bearings. The most subjected part is checked by means of FEM (Finite Element Method). Production drawing of a chose part is the fourth part of this thesis and it is possible to find it in attachment.
