Parní kotel s regulací teploty páry vstřikem vlastního kondenzátu

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na parní kotel s regulací teploty páry vstřikem vlastního kondenzátu. Kondenzátor je chlazen napájecí vodou, je umístěn nad parním bubnem a zapojen před ohřívák vody. Je navrženo výpočtové schéma kotle na straně vody a páry a provedena tepelná bilance kotle. Dále je stanovena účinnost kotle a množství přivedeného a spáleného paliva. V další kapitole je vypracován teplotní diagram přehříváků a pomocí tepelné bilance vstřiku stanoveno množství vstřikovaného kondenzátu. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny výsledky práce. V příloze je vyobrazeno schéma provedení vstřiku.

My Bachelor thesis is focused on the steam boiler with temperature control by own condensate injection. The condenser is cooled by water supply, located above the steam drum and involved before the water heater. I design the calculation diagram of boiler and define the boiler heat balance. Next in the thesis is calculated the boiler efficiency, an amount of supplied and burned fuel. In the next chapter is developed the superheaters temperature diagram and using the injection heat balance is determined the quantity of injection. At the end I evaluate my thesis results. In the enclosed drawing is shown the design injection scheme.
