Posouzení funkční bezpečnosti stavěcího zařízení železničních výhybek

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the functional safety assessment of the adjusting device of railway switches. The assessment is carried out using analysis FMEA and using diagram of risk according to DIN EN 61508 is assigned safety integrity level SIL. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of safety, types, functions and requirements for the adjustment device. It further describes the principles for functional safety assessment, a description of FMEA and methods for determining the SIL safety integrity level. The practical part of the FMEA risk analysis applied to the adjustment device of railway switches DTZ type 1 producer DT Výhybkárna a strojírna a.s. Assigning SIL safety integrity level individual components is performed using the diagram of risk. The conclusion is again applied FMEA has assigned security features.
