Abstract
This thesis concerns a Design of Ring Mill MKM – 33 Adjustment at Power Plant Detmarovice. Existing equipment - boiler and mill, current measurement methodology and current finesses of grinding are described in the introduction. The thesis concerns a design of valve return adjustment under the mill sorter that brings an improvement into fuel grinding finesses, further suggests to install measurement of differential pressure at the inlet and the outlet of the mill to increase operating safety and ultimately proposes a modification to the mill blades screens to enable further control of grinding finesse. A heat and mass balance of ring mill for performance 33 t / h of fuel has been worked out. In the conclusion there is a technical and economic evaluation of the adjustment designed above.
