Abstract

This diploma thesis describes a remuneration system in a selected company. Main object is to define a remuneration system of employees at industrial companies, analyze a remuneration system in the selected company and propose its new remuneration system. Remuneration system of the selected company was analyzed by marketing research based on direct questioning of employees in the selected company. Remuneration system of employees is one of the most important personal activities of every company.
