Hydraulický pohon zařízení na výrobu vápna

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis deals with a projection of hydraulic drive for lime production equipment. The introduction describes the equipment for lime production and possibilities of drive solutions. On the basis of given parameters, two alternatives are worked out. By comparing those alternatives according to chosen criterions, the right alternative is selected, which the calculation of hydraulic circuit in steady state and design of particular components is carried out for. The compilation of hydraulic system is achieved by a step-by-step sizing. The three-dimensional model of hydraulic power unit is worked out for better illustration. It also is attached the functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit (including the components specification) and the modular drawing of the hydraulic power unit with the piece list.
