Vyhodnocení efektů vzdělávání zaměstnanců vybrané organizace

Abstract

In my thesis discussing the management issues I focused on the training and staff development. The theoretical part describes options training and development in the organization. What practices organizations can use the system of education has met its targets and thereby assist the strategic, economic objectives of the organization. How can corporate culture and focus of the organization affect training and staff development, as there are methods of analysis of the effect of training. Also briefly I mention the situation in the Czech republic and czech organizations. In the second part of my thesis I present DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. and organizational structure of the Human resources department. As already mentioned in the theoretical part, there are methods, by wich we can assess the level of education in organization. The objective of my thesis is to evaluate training and development in DHL trough the analysis of the training and development opportunities that employees can use as for professional, so personal development.
