Abstract

Main target of this bachelor thesis - Marketing management analysis towards increasing competitiveness in Obsidian, a. s. with residence in Otrokovice. In introduction I have marked problems of competitive effects on company and it's whole branch. I set targets of bachelor thesis. In next part I processed theoretical problems resources, as analysis, strategy, competition, etc. Then I continue with Obsidian, a. s. company characteristics, it's specialization, realized projects and strategy. In practical part at first I have analyzed different competitive power types, according to Porter and then PEST analysis factors.
