Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest key indicators of human resources management evaluation in a manufacturing company. The theoretical-methodological part defines key concepts concerning human resources management, describes approaches to setting key indicators of human resources management evaluation and specifies methods applied while solving. The practical part devotes to the characteristics of the human resources department, including the definition of the current means of said department evaluation. The suggestion of the key indicators of human resources management evaluation is based on the results of a survey that was created to detect the employees‘ satisfaction with the department’s activity and on the adjusted system of indicators according to the approach of Bláha et al. (2013). A structured interview to identify key activities and critical factors of success is used as well. What follows is a determination of goals, indicators and the frequency of measurements with key indicators in each department. The result of this thesis is a database of 34 key indicators for human resources management evaluation divided into a strategic level, a human resources department activities level and an indicators of key activities level.
