Návrh technologického postupu montáže komponent koncových světel automobilů

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je snížení montážních časů zhotovovaných výrobků tak, aby byla plně uspokojena poptávka zákazníků. V dceřiné společnosti firmy Forez s. r. o., tj. ve společnosti Orpa Plastic, byla poskytnuta možnost navrhnout nový technologický postup montáže koncových světel automobilů. Nový technologický postup montáže bude zpracován na základě pozorování a měření jednotlivých pracovních činností. Dále pak bude podán návrh na uspořádání pracoviště. Díky podobnosti jednotlivých výrobků bude nový technologický postup montáže využit pro další výrobky montované na stejné lince. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje výsledky pozorování.

Main aim of the master thesis is reduction of the install process time of manufactured products in the way that fully satisfies the demand of customers. In a filial company of Forez s. r. o., stands for the company Orpa Plastic, it was given an opportunity to suggest new process proposal of lighting components of automobiles. The new technological process is based on the contemplation and measuring of individual operations. Furthermore, there is suggestion of workplace organization. Thanks to similarity of all products, there is new technological procession utilized for further products which are manufactured at the same line. The conclusion evaluates contemplation results.
