Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a miniature measuring unit for driving maneuvers of a radio-controlled car based on the Arduino DUE system. The thesis primarily deals with the equipment for ensuring the autonomy of driving maneuvers in the form of a test of the braking distance and an avoidance maneuver called the moose test. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the description of the chassis platform, description and design of control of driving maneuvers, the principle of their remote control and testing of the proposed system. Lastly this thesis also brings closer the problematics of redesigning the current chassis platform to independent all-wheel drive system.
