Abstract

The aim of the thesis "Human Resources Development of Precheza a. s. Company" is to analyze the development of human resources in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part contains information about the development of human resources with a focus on training, motivation, remuneration and benefits. The other part brings basic information about the company, characterizes its personnel policy. Last part includes an analysis in the fields of the human resources development and resultant recommendations.
