Racionalizace zakázky na dávkovací zařízení

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on risk analysis during the implementation of a dosing equipment project in the company STAPAK, spol. s r. o. The main objective of the thesis is to identify problematic areas in individual phases of project implementation and to propose measures leading to the reduction of error rates and the improvement of equipment safety. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the FMEA method, its types, processing procedure, and possibilities of application in industrial practice. The theoretical part also includes a company profile, research on the history, types, and overview of dosing equipment. The practical part is focused on the analysis of a selected dosing equipment project, assessment of production and assembly processes, and identification of risks arising during project implementation. Based on the obtained information, a SWOT analysis was carried out and subsequently the FMEA method was applied. The conclusion of the thesis proposes measures aimed at improving process management, reducing the occurrence of errors, and increasing the quality of project implementation.
