Abstract

Possibilities of Improvement of Nonconforming Product Control Process The content of this thesis aims at the analysis of processes that treat control of nonconforming product. This thesis was processed in a mechanical engineering company. The company develops, produces and sells replacement torches, consumables and accessories for the plasma cutting, welding and oxy-fuel cutting industries. My thesis concentrates on processes that cohere with claims. Introducing theoretical part is regarded to definitions, terms and tools which were used by the analysis of current processes. The practical section of this work provides a brief description of company and its production range. There will be also outlined the progress and results of the analysis associated with managing claims. Chapter Possibilities of improvement current claim processes will summarize result of this analysis.
