Abstract
This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the remuneration of employees in the company Lakovna Luxfarb. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms relating to this issue, explains the strategy and strategic reward system also addresses policy odmněňování, job evaluation and assessment methods work deals with issues of wage forms, the factors that affect wage levels, continues formation of wage / salary structures, employee benefits, non-cash rewards and remuneration of agents and manual workers. All information is drawn from the literature. The practical part deals with the characteristics at the beginning of the company Lakovna Luxfarb, stakeholders who influence the company, as well as work continues on the analysis of the current remuneration system in the company, in another part the survey of employee satisfaction with the current system of remuneration. Based on the findings of the survey results will be, proposals and recommendations for improving the remuneration of employees in the company Lakovna Luxfarb Any suggestions and improvements should contribute to higher employee satisfaction and job performance, and the higher the competitiveness of the company.
