Porovnání rozměrových parametrů ozubeného kola na optických měřicích zařízeních

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on comparing the dimensional parameters of the gear wheel on optical devices. The introductory section is devoted to basic type of gear wheels and its differentiation, the principles of optical and measuring devices used and it describes utilised types of sensors. In the experimental part of the thesis the parameters of gear wheels set by contact method were compared to the parameters set by contactless measurement method. The measured values were compared, statistically processed and graphically displayed. Based on the measurement and subsequent evaluation, it was found that for measurement of gear wheels is better to use contact measurement method according to accuracy and measurement efficiency.
