Návrh C-háku s výměnným ramenem pro zvedání balíků trubek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem C-háku s výměnným ramenem pro zadané parametry balíků trubek. V úvodu jsou srovnána jednotlivá manipulační zařízení, na základě kterých je vytvořen návrh dvou konfigurací C-háku. Konfigurace jsou následně podrobeny analytickým výpočtům úhlu naklopení, návrhu závěsného čepu a kontrole pojistných čepů i kontrole kritických svarových spojů. Závěrem jsou obě konfigurace zkontrolovány pomocí matematických MKP výpočtů. Výkresová dokumentace je přílohou bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a C-hook with an interchangeable arm for specified parameters of pipe bundles. In the introduction, individual handling devices are compared, which serves as a basis for the design of two C-hook configurations. The configurations are subsequently subjected to analytical calculations of the tilt angle, the design of the lifting pin and the verification of safety pins as well as critical welded joints. Finally, both configurations are verified using mathematical FEM calculations. The drawing documentation is included as an appendix to the bachelor thesis.
