Hydraulické kleště na otáčení svitků

Abstract

This thesis deals with design of hydraulic tongs for steel rolls turning. The hydraulic tongs are designed for maximum weight 10 000 kg. These tongs are rotated rolls of various sizes from horizontal to vertical pozition and vice versa. At the beginning of my thesis I have devoted to the issue of rotating coils and manipulation. I also designed the hydraulic circuit and suggested the two linear motors. Strength inspected were also important components of these tongs. Folding arm was then checker using the MKP software. For the presentation of these works were created tongs sample video.
