Racionalizace procesu tepelného zpracování

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací žíhacího procesu v kovárně firmy UNEX, a. s. v Olomouci. Cílem práce je zvýšení dostupnosti střediska žíhání. K dosáhnutí tohoto cíle se práce zaobírá návrhem žíhacího koše. Na základě těchto košů jsou poté popsány výhody tohoto opatření, ke kterým patří hlavně eliminace neproduktivních časů žíhání, zkrácení žíhacích cyklů a rychlejší výměna žíhaných výrobků v peci. Dále se tato práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci procesu žíhání pro dosud nereálné výrobky a zvýšení kvality žíhání prouděním vzduchu za pomoci chladících ventilátorů.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the rationalization of the annealing process in the forge of the company UNEX, a. s. in Olomouc. The work aims to increase the availability of the annealing center. To achieve this goal, the work deals with the design of an annealing basket. Based on these baskets, the advantages of this measure are then described, which mainly consist of the elimination of unproductive annealing times, shortening of annealing cycles, and faster exchange of annealed products in the furnace. This work is further concentrated on optimizing the annealing process for yet unrealistic products and increasing the quality of annealing by airflow using cooling fans.
