Demonstrační pneumatický dopravník

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a pneumatic conveyor, which will demonstrate the difference between under-pressure and pressurized conveyance. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first chapter provides a summary of information about pneumatic conveyance. Following chapters explain the difference between under-pressure and pressurized conveyance. Subsequently we try to find an appropriate blower, which will propel the designed conveyor. In order to choose the right blower, it is necessary to make a complex calculation of minimal necessary pressure and flowage. After that we consider more potentially appropriate blowers. Finally we choose the one which is most suitable for this particular case. We also choose some other essential components for this pneumatic conveyor. The last task of this diploma thesis is to create a drawing of the whole conveyor and also drawings of its selected parts.
