Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a hopper design and a design of a worm-conveyor that transports wet sawdust into a furnace. This work consists of a theoretical introduction, where you will gain a basic knowledge about hoppers and conveyors of different types including a worm-conveyor. The next section is devoted to a hopper design and a worm-conveyor design and includes calculations. The work includes also a design documentation in its appendix.
