Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze customer satisfaction with pizzeria U Letiště and suggest ways how to improve their satisfaction. The paper is divided into several chapters in which the reader can get the the characteristics of the pizzeria (basic information about pizza, pizza service provided to customers), theoretical basis for measuring customer satisfaction (description of the basic characteristics of customers and market segmentation), data collection methodology (the process of implementation research), and analysis of customer satisfaction (evaluation and comparison of resulting data). This part is followed by suggestions and recommendations for increasing customer satisfaction with the pizzeria and final part sums up the thesis. The results of this work could serve as a feedback for the owner of the pizzeria to achieve an increase in the number of customers in the pizzeria.
